40th Birthday Photoshoot in New York.

Happy 40th birthday to this stunning beauty! Nakeia celebrated her 40th birthday with a fun-styled birthday photoshoot and we had so much fun! I’ve known Nakeia for over 20 years and she has always been kind, fun, and loving. Nakeia birthday photoshoot brings up so many memories like Jr prom where she wore a formal red dress and a long high ponytail similar to the photo above.

Nakeia gave me free creative control over her session which included using smoke bombs, fabrics that served as our backdrop, and taking photos outside using her SUV as a prop. She planned her wardrobe 3 weeks in advance and hired a professional make-up artist who did an amazing job at highlighting her beauty.

It was my honor to be able to celebrate this milestone with Nakeia.
